Privacy Policy

This website is deliberately data-minimal: no cookies, no tracking, no external fonts or scripts, no analytics. There are no forms and no user accounts.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website under the GDPR is:

Laura Wagner
Dörfl 30
3072 Kasten bei Böheimkirchen, Austria
Email: laura@klickwerk.digital

2. Overview

All content is served from our own server. No cookies are set, no tracking pixels are loaded, and no analytics or audience-measurement services are used. Simply viewing the site sends us no personal data actively on your part.

3. Server log files (hosting)

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you open the site, Hetzner automatically processes technical access data your browser transmits:

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure, stable and trouble-free operation of the website. Access data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies and embeds no third-party services that could analyse your behaviour. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

5. External links

The site links to external services such as Jellyfin, Open-Meteo, Klickwerk and the App Store. Once you follow such a link you leave this website; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

6. App Store

If you download the 90sTV app from the App Store, Apple processes the resulting download and transaction data under its own responsibility, per Apple’s Privacy Policy.

7. The 90sTV app

This policy covers the website. The app itself connects only to the Jellyfin server you enter: credentials go only to that server, the password is not stored, and only the access token is kept in your device’s Keychain. There is no account and no telemetry.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise these, contact the controller named above. In Austria the competent supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
